Wausa Fire Department had a controlled burn of a house in Wausa. This was done on May 9th, 2009 and with successful results.
Kindergarten Graduation Held May 8th
The Wausa Kindergarten Class held their graduation on May 8th. With some great music, skits and a wonderful ceremony. Congrats to all who have helped start these youngsters on a very successful path.
Students vs. Staff Basketball Fundraiser

Wausa Students in Hoop Shoot
The 36th Annual Elks “Hoop Shoot”®, the national free throw shooting contest for youngsters ages 8 through 13, was held at Norfolk Nebraska on January 10th.
