Wausa Public School
Due to missed snow days, we will be utilizing the revised daily schedule which can be found on the school websites, in the local newspapers, sent home with elementary students and on mywausanews.com.
The day has been lengthened by 54 minutes, starting February 16 and extending through the end of school in May. Buses will be running about 10 minutes earlier and the same amount later in the day. School will start at 8:00 am in the classroom and release at 3:48 and 3:58 pm respectively for elementary and secondary students. In the event that more school is missed, additional days will be added at the end.
Parents, until further notice, buses will run where possible until roads are passable. It would be greatly appreciated if parents of country students could assist in getting your children to school if buses cannot travel in your locations. This will improve eventually, but for now it is the best that we can do in order to hold school whenever possible.
