After a successful week at the Conference Contest the Wausa One-Acts head to Wynot for the District Competition. The Wausa One-Act team scored a runner up in the Clark Conference last Monday. In addition Laura Claussen received the Lewis and Clark Conference “Outstanding Female Performer” award!

Congrats to the One-Act Team and Coaches for winning Districts. They are headed to State for the 4th year in a row.
Would also like to add “congrats and Way to Go” to the One-Act team and coaches. Wausa competes in a very tough district and should be proud of their accomplishment! Your hard work & team work paid off. You make the town of Wausa very proud of you! We’re ready for the road trip to Kearney– Good Luck at State!
We as coaches just wanted to add a thank you to everyone who supported our kids throughout this year. Your support provides our students with an advantage that many kids do not have in other communities. Thank you to all the parents, the staff at Wausa Public Schools (Especially Karen Eddie and Greg Conn for their help this year) and to the booster club for ALL their HUGE support, both with manpower at the festival and conference, as well as financially. These kids could not provide this quality of a play without you all. Way to go kids! We are proud of you!
