Ya we did have a pretty good year. Thank you ALL of the coaches for taking your time and getting us to be where we are right now! I want to ALSO that all of the team mates for the great season beacuse we could have not put any points onto that bord without your help. Good luck next year with all of the younger kids! This is Darren #99 saying good luck next years team beacuse we can not play next year. We are going on to 7th grade. Wish I could help play but sorry can’t. Good luck!!!!!

Amen, Josh! You said it all! What great fun it was to watch these kids improve over the last 3 years! Many thanks coaches! This experience was priceless!

A special hats off to all those grandparents, aunts, and uncles who sat in the cold and snow week after week supporting our team! That was above and beyond the call of family duty:-)

This program has been so wonderful for my Son. He enjoyed it so much since the 4th grade, even if he didn’t get to play much this year due to his injury.

I also want to thank all of the coaches, the parents and our wonderful ambulance crew for making sure Brice was fine after his injury on the field. The team for their support, get well cards, snacks and of course the signed football that he will keep forever.

This program is so important to our community. Thank you all for the many hours you put into it!

I wouls also like to add my “thanks” to all those who helped with the V-8 season. The kids really had fun and seemed to learn/ understand the plays. Thanks to Mert for getting the program going and to Jason for picking up when Mert’s health caused him to step back. Wausa is lucky to have so many volunteers/mentors for their youth!

I think it is great that Wausa and some of the other schools have this program. Sounds like the kids played well and It looks like it takes a lot of work by parents and all others that help… Keep it going as it teaches the younger kids about team work. How to win like a winner and lose like a winner!! Congrats V8 team and all those involved
