The annual Smorgasbord will be held at the Community Auditorium Oct. 24th serving from 5-8 pm with hourly reservations.
As in the past, this year will offer an evening of pleasant dining in the Swedish atmosphere and Swedish delicacies.
The planning committee has been busy contacting area residents to help prepare the Swedish foods that will be offered. Workers are also being contacted and asked to serve, assist in decorating, clean up and other duties to make this year another success. Worker tickets are available at Peters Hardware.
As in the past, Helen Wakeley will be entertaining with her beautiful talent at the piano Also performing Swedish dances throughout the night will be adults and children from Wausa. It should be an evening of food and fun!
Anyone unable to attend this year’s event may still enjoy the wonderful food by having it delivered to their home. Menus are available at Commercial State Bank which can be filled out for delivery. Or also to take advantage of the home delivery please contact Mary Anderson at 586-2867.
