It was certainly refreshing to see how the players bounced back from an earlier loss to Randolph. It was even more exciting for the crowd to witness how this team has reacted to some changes the players and coaching staff have had to make since the beginning of the year.
Not having much to do with the program other than assisting the coaches, I felt as ‘proud as punch’ to see our kids play great on both sides of the ball today.
It was easy to see the improved teamwork and individual skills advance with both the A and B-teams. All those coaches and players should be commended for their dedication and hard work in the practices through a bye-week slump!
And the scores? The V-8’s A-Team won 13-4, and the B-Team 14-0, over Emerson-Hubbard. ‘Best of Luck’ into the remainder of your season!!

Thanks mert we did play a good game!!!!! Everyone is also praying for brice
Hey Josh, Could we get an update on Brice? How’s he doing?
Brice is doing well. He is in a lot of pain and is finding it difficult to find a comfortable position.
He fractured his hip and will be on crutches for at least 2 weeks. We go back then to the Dr. to see how it is healing. No P.E. or sports for 4 to 6 weeks.
Thank you to everyone who called and IM’d him this morning to check on him.
Sorry to hear about Brice. We will be praying for a speedy recovery for him.
